Basic Tibetan medicine ingredients:

How to Use
Usage of sauna | In the sauna room, drop the Tibetan sauna bath liquid onto a hot stone to evaporate and produce steam, allowing the body to fully absorb the medicinal ingredients in the steam. Generally, 5-10 milliliters are used each time, and the dosage should be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the sauna room and personal needs. |
Full body bath use | Inject an appropriate amount of warm water into the bathtub, control the water temperature at around 38 ℃ -41 ℃, pour in the Tibetan bath and sauna bath solution, usually add 5 bottles (500 ml/bottle) of bath solution every 60-80 liters of water, stir evenly, and soak the whole body for about 15 minutes. Foot bath usage | Prepare a foot bath tub, add warm water at 38 ℃ -41 ℃, pour in 1 bottle (500ml) of Tibetan bath sauna solution, mix thoroughly, and soak the feet in it for about 30 minutes. During this time, gently massage the feet to promote drug absorption. |
